After months of speculation Torres has stated publicly that he wants to stay with the club.
Fernando says that his commitment and loyalty to the club and the fans is the same as on his first day at the club.
He said that he spoke to Roy Hodgson who outlined hs future plans and he wants to be part of those plans and win medals with the club.
Torres thanked the staff and fans for their support over his time there and said he feels at home in Liverpool.
He likes the new signings like Joe Cole and feels he can score lots of goals with the new set up.
